Declarations:
a. The stock / book debts detail above are our exclusive property and other than the Bank,
no person / institution whatsoever has any interest, lien and chargethereon;
b. The stocks and other assets mentioned in the stock statement have been valued in the
same manner and principle as adopted in the audited/certifiedresults;
c. In the case of stocks and assets shown as being in transit and charged to the Bank, the
company are in possession of valid document of title thereto and that the company’s title to
such stocks & assets is not subject to any liens, claims / chargeswhatsoever;
d. The stocks lying with outside processors included hereinabove and charged to the Bank,
the company are in possession of valid documents of title thereto, and are the absolute
property of the company and are not subject to any liens, claims or chargeswhatsoever;
e. Receivables hypothecated to the Bank shown in the stock statement are good and do not
include any book debts, which in our opinion are bad and doubtful ofrecovery;
f. The quantity of the stock shown above represent the true and accurate stocking position
obtained as on date of the statement and are in conformity with our permanent books of
accounts;
g. No order or attachment or any notice or process from any court has been received by us
in respect of the said assets pledged / hypothecated to theBank;
h. Entire declared stocks are fully insured. All conditions and warranties contained in the
insurance policy have been complied with. The policies are valid & enforceable &
premium due there under has been paid uptodate;
i. The Bank is at liberty to get the goods counted, weighed and / or valued at any time at
our expense and we hereby agree to accept as conclusive proof the result of such
checking and weighment and / or valuation as certified by a duly authorised officer of the
Bank;
j. We hereby declare that the books debts declared above are not discounted with State
Bank of India or any financialinstitution;
k. Book Debts hypothecated to the Bank shown above are good and do not include any
book debts which in our opinion are bad or doubtful ofrecovery;
l. That the goods sold to associate, sister companies have not been included in the book
debts (not applicable if sanctionpermits);
m. Particulars (items, quantity and value) of stocks (finished goods) more than a year old
and included hereinabove should be shown separately & given in additional information;
n. That the book debts are out of genuine business transactions in the ordinary course of
business;
o. We declare that we are utilizing the funds within the overall drawing power available
(calculated based on monthly stocks & book debt statements) for the month. We also
declare that the working capital utilization from the entire banking system (all banks
including your bank) will not exceed drawing power as per drawing power statement
submitted to you.
