This team runs on coffee with an infectious passion to build products that have never been built
before. Our Flexible Energy Stack consists of the e^pack (battery pack) and e^pump (charging
station), which together unlock 15-minute rapid charging.

What will you do:
As an Integration Engineer, your job is to make this system-level orchestration seamless,
reliable, and scalable across hardware, software, and mechanical interfaces.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and multidisciplinary Integration Engineer with a strong
foundation in electrical engineering, firmware, and a working knowledge of mechanical
principles, particularly thermal management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
integrating electrical and electronic components into systems, ensuring reliability, safety, and
compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
● Integrate electrical, firmware, and mechanical systems into cohesive solutions.
● Evaluate and implement electrical safety standards, with a focus on creepage and
clearance distances.
● Select, test, and troubleshoot key electrical components such as:
1. Switch Gears
2. Contactors
3. Surge Protection Devices (SPDs)
4. Fuses
5. Relays & Protection Devices
● Design, select, and troubleshoot SMPS circuits.
● Design & develop automated testing setups.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper system-level integration and
performance.
● Perform thermal analysis and contribute to thermal management design strategies.
● Create and review design documentation, schematics, and integration procedures.
● Maintain FMEA documents and contribute towards achieving high reliability of products.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience of 3 to 5 years with Electrical design, component selection & troubleshooting.
2. Experience of 1 to 2 years with EMC/EMI compliance and testing.
3. Familiarity with PCB layout considerations for high-voltage designs.
4. Knowledge of battery systems or renewable energy integration is a plus.
