ALEXANDER

METHOD: Shake

FUNCTION: Creamy digestive

GLASSWARE: Cocktail glass

INGREDIENTS:
1 ½ oz. Brandy
½ oz. Cocoa cream
2 oz. Cream (evaporated milk or
whipped cream
½ oz. Rubber syrup
5 ice cubes

PREPARATION:
Put the ingredients in the shaker and shake
Blend quickly for a few seconds.
Serve in a previously chilled glass.

DECORATION
Decorate by sprinkling ground cinnamon or nutmeg
nutmeg.

BLOODY MARY
METHOD: Shake
Function: Savory appetizer
GLASSWARE: Long Drink Glass
INGREDIENTS
1½ oz. Vodka
½ oz. Worcestershire sauce
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Pepper
½ oz. Lemon juice
5 drops Tabasco Sauce
5 oz. V8 tomato juice (1/2 can)
Ice
PREPARATION:
Mix the dressing ingredients and the juice of

2 tablespoons. Sugar

PREPARATION:
Cut the lemons into cubes, put them in the glass,
add the sugar and pound with a mortar
to obtain the lemon juice without losing the
bark oils, add ice and vodka,
slightly mixing.

Serve with sorbet.
CAMpari SPECIAL
METHOD: Direct

Function: Appetizer

INGREDIENTS:
1½ oz. Campari
½ oz. Vodka
4 oz. Orange juice
Ice

PREPARATION:
Put the glass with lots of ice, add the
orange juice, add the Campari and the vodka.

DECORATION
Decorate with a slice of orange and

COFFEE COOLER
METHOD: Smoothie

FUNCTION: Refreshing

GLASSWARE: Cappuccino cup

INGREDIENTS:
1 oz. Vodka
½ oz. Kahlua
2 oz. Cold espresso
60 gns. Vanilla ice cream
Ice

PREPARATION:
Mix in the shaker with ice, or blend.

DECORATION:
Decorate with whipped cream and coffee beans.
FREE CUBA
METHOD: Direct

FUNCTION: Refreshing

CRYSTALWARE: Long drink glass

INGREDIENTS:
2 oz. Rum (Bacardi Blanco)
3 onz. Coca Cola
5 drops. Lemon juice
Ice

PREPARATION:
Put the ingredients directly into the glass
about several ice cubes.

DECORATION:
Decorate with lemon wedge and stirrer.

CLASSIC DAIQUIRI
METHOD: Smoothie

FUNCTION: Refreshing

GLASSWARE: Cocktail glass

INGREDIENTS:
2 oz. Rum (Bacardi Blanco)
½ oz. Lemon juice
½ oz. Gum syrup
Ice

PREPARATION:
Mix in the shaker, pour into the glass
sugar-rimmed with ice. It can be done
serve frozen.

DECORATION
Decorate with a lemon crescent and
sorbet.
FRUIT DAIQUIRI
Method: Shake

FUNCTION: Refreshing

Glassware

INGREDIENTS:
2 oz. Rum (Bacardi White)
½ oz. Lemon juice
½ oz. Gum syrup
3 Juice from fruit (strawberry, peach)
Ice

PREPARATION:
Mix in the shaker, fill two thirds of the
cup with crushed ice, pour over
on top of the previously strained mixture
sieved

INSTRUCTIONS:
Decorate with the selected fruit and two
sorbets.

DRY MARTINI
METHOD: Refreshed

FUNCTION: Dry appetizer

GLASSWARE: Martini Glass

INGREDIENTS:
1½ oz. Gin
½ oz. extra dry vermouth
Ice

PREPARATION:
Chill the glass before serving, place the
ice in the mixing glass and add the
ingredients, remove the preparation in shape
circular with the spoon for about 10 seconds.
Serve in the glass straining with the little worm.

DECORATION:
Decorate with an olive stuck in a
stick, inside the cup.
Irish Coffee
METHOD: Direct

FUNCTION: Heater

GLASSWARE: Refractory cup (cappuccino cup)

INGREDIENTS
2 oz. Grants Whisky
1 cdta. Sugar syrup
4 onz. Hot espresso coffee
5 CDTA. Chantilly Cream

PREPARATION:
The previously heated cup, put the whisky,
fill with hot coffee two thirds of the
cup.

DECORATION:
Decorate with whipped cream, coffee beans and
remover.

ELECTRIC LEMONADE

METHOD: Direct

Refreshing

GLASSWARE: Long drink glass

INGREDIENTS:
1½ oz. Vodka
½ oz. Blue Curacao
1 Grenadine dash
½ oz. Lemon juice
4 onz. Mineral Water
½ oz. Sugar syrup

PREPARATION:

Put abundant ice in the glass, add the


pre-made imperial lemonade, the
vodka, a dash of grenadine, finish with the
Blue Curacao.

DECORATION
Decorate with a lemon crescent, cherry
embedded and remover.
Cuban Mojito

METHOD: Direct
FUNCTION: Refreshing
GLASSWARE: Long drink glass

INGREDIENTS:
2 oz. White rum (Bacardi)
½ oz. Lemon juice
1 cdta. Sugar
4 peppermint or mint branches
4 Mineral water
Ice
PREPARATION:

Crush 3 sprigs of mint with


sugar, on the inner walls of the glass to
flavor it, add the ice, the rum and the juice
with lemon, finally complete with water
mineral.
DECORATION
Decorate with a sprig of mint and
lemon half-moon with sorbet.

NEGRONI

METHOD: Direct

FUNCTION: Bitter aperitif

GLASSWARE: On the rocks glass

INGREDIENTS:
1 ons. Gin
½ oz. Campari
.5 oz. Red vermouth
Ice
PREPARATION:

Prepare the drink directly in the glass on


the ice.

DECORATION
Decorate with a half moon of orange, a cherry
inserted with a toothpick inside the glass.
ORGASM

METHOD: Direct

FUNCTION: Semi-sweet digestive

CRYSTALWARE: On the rocks glass

INGREDIENTS:
½ onz. Kahlua (coffee liqueur)
½ oz. Bailey's Cream
1 onz. Amaretto
Crushed ice

PREPARATION:

Put crushed ice (shaved ice) in the glass and


add the ingredients in order
mentioned.

DECORATION
Decorate with a crescent moon of orange and a
cherry.

PINK LADY

METHOD: Shake

FUNCTION: Nutritious appetizer

CRISTALERÍA:Copa flauta, copa coctel

INGREDIENTS:
2 Geneva
½ onz. Grenadine
1 and a half onz. Whipped cream
½ onz. Gum syrup
Ice
PREPARATION:

Shake the ingredients in the shaker for 30


Serve by straining over the glass beforehand

DECORATION
Garnish with a cherry and a sprig of mint.
PINEAPPLE COLADA

METHOD: Smoothie or shake

½ onz. Coconut liqueur (Malibu)
4 onz. Pineapple juice
2 onz. Whipped cream

PREPARATION:

Blend ice, pineapple juice, and cream

2 onz. Pisco
1 onz. Lemon juice
1 onz. Gum syrup
¾ Egg white
Ice

PREPARATION:

Blend the ice with the lemon juice, syrup.

Put the ingredients in the shaker, shake


for 30 seconds, serve without straining the ice.

DECORATION:
Decorate with pineapple wedge, or with slice of
orange, a cherry, and a sorbet.
Tequila Sunrise
METHOD: Direct

FUNCTION: Refreshing

GLASSWARE:Long drink glass

INGREDIENTS:
1.5 onz. White Tequila
½ onz. Triple Sec
3 onz. Orange Juice
1 dash Grenadine
Ice
PREPARATION:

Serve the ingredients over the ice in the


indicated order and without removing, leaving for the
last the dash of grenadine.

DECORATION
Decorate with a half-moon of orange and a
cherry inserted with a toothpick and a straw.

Tom Collins
METHOD: Direct

FUNCTION: Refreshing

GLASSWARE: Long drink glass

INGREDIENTS:
2 Gin
½ onz. Lemon juice
½ onz. Rubber syrup
5 onz. Mineral Water
1 dash Grenadine
Ice

PREPARATION:

Place the ingredients directly on the


ice, complete with mineral water and a splash
from grenadine.

DECORATION:
Garnish with a slice of lemon and sorbet.
Long Island Iced Tea
METHOD: Direct

INGREDIENTS:
½ onz. Vodka
½ Ron
½ onz. Gin
½ onz. Tequila
½ onz. Triple Sec
1 onz. Lemon juice
5 onz. Coca Cola soda

PREPARATION:

Serve the ingredients directly in the glass

MARGARITA
METHOD: Shaken

FUNCTION: Appetizer

GLASSWARE: Margarita Glass

INGREDIENTS:
1.5 onz. Tequila
½ onz. Triple Sec
½ onz. subtle lemon juice
½ onz. Sugar syrup
Ice

PREPARATION:

Chill the glass and rim it with salt.


Put the ingredients in the shaker, serve
pouring over the cold cup.

DECORATION
Decorate with a lemon moon.
