General Advice
-Eat protein rich food items like sprouts, eggs, milk, almonds and other dry fruits in your diet
to promote hair growth.
-Avoid excessive oiling of hair
-It’s important that you’re gentle when styling your hair. Avoid blow drying, straightening,
or curling your hair until your condition improves. Frequent coloring or highlighting during
this time can also damage and inhibit hair growth.
-Thinning hair may be caused by lifestyle habits, genetics, or both. Certain medical
conditions may also lead to thinning hair. it’s normal to lose 50 to 100 hairs per day. Any
more than this means you could be shedding more than you should.

-Using harsh hair products, such as extreme-hold hair sprays and gels. Temporary color can
also be harsh for your hair.
-Not getting enough iron, folic acid, and other minerals in your diet. These all help follicles
produce hair naturally.
-Experiencing uncontrolled stress. Stress is related to an uptick in hormones like cortisol. Too
many stress hormones may kill off new hairs that are trying to grow from the hair follicles. A
weakened immune system can also contribute to your symptoms’ severity. Take care of
yourself and make sure to eat a diet rich in vitamins E & C like papaya, citrus fruits, almonds,
spinach, broccoli.
-Thinning hair may also be hereditary. Underlying medical considerations can also lead to
this condition."
-Maintain a regular hair care routine
-Introduce protein rich food items like sprouts, eggs, milk, almonds and other dry fruits in
your diet to promote hair growth.
-Sleep for 8 hours uninterrupted daily
-Hair loss is due to the shrinkage of hair follicles and the resulting impact on the growth
cycle. New hairs become finer and finer until there’s no hair left at all and the follicles
become dormant. This hair loss is caused by hormones and certain genes.
Dihydrotestosterone (DHT) is made from testosterone by an enzyme called 5-alpha
reductase. It can also be made from DHEA, a hormone more common in women. DHT is
found in skin, hair follicles, and the prostate. The actions of DHT and the sensitivity of hair
follicles to DHT is what causes hair loss.

Follow up after 3 Months (on 2nd Nov 2025).
