Raise to 3 x BB (+ callers) from any position, or re-raise all-in if pot is already raised, with AQ, AK and TT - QQ.
Raise to 3 x BB (+ callers) from any position, or re-raise with pot if pot is already raised, with KK and AA.
Raise to 3 x BB from any position if you are first into the pot with KQ, A8 - AJ and 88 - 99. Fold if a bigstack re-raises. Call a shortstack.
Raise to 3 x BB from late position if you are first into the pot with 22 - 77. Fold if a bigstack re-raises. Call a shortstack.
Raise to 3 x BB from late position if you are first into the pot with a suited connector down to 54s. Fold if a bigstack re-raises. Call a shortstack.
Raise to 3 x BB from late position if you are first into the pot with two cards with a total value of 20 or more. Fold if a bigstack re-raises. Call a shortstack.
General strategy (This has priority over the advice for Level 1 to Level 6 --> if it conflicts)
Limp with 22 - JJ on level 1 - 3 (Max 50 chips) and try to hit a set on the flop.
You should fold QQ if two players (not shortstacks) raise and re-raise the pot before You make Your first bet.
You should bet a pot-sized bet if You have top pair with a good kicker or a better hand after the flop. Don't try to bluff if the flop missed You. But...
...if You raised before the flop, got only one caller, are the last person to act and Your opponent didn't bet: Bet half the pot if You will have at least 5 x BB left.
If recommended bet is more than 30% of your stack, go-all in. (With KK and AA, only go-all in if recommended bet is more than 50% your stack.)
If your stack will be less than 4.5 x BB after posting the BB and SB in the next two hands, go all in from UTG with any two cards. But...
...you need an above average hand to do this if BB has less than 2 x BB after posting his blind.
If it's folded to you in SB, and both you and BB have over 5 x BB, and one or both of you have less than 10 x BB, go all in with any two cards.
If you are BB, and a player with less than 2 x BB goes all in, call with any two cards if nobody else is in the pot.
If you are BB, and has below 1.5 x BB after posting the BB, call with any two cards.
Don't try to steal the blinds without a premium hand if BB has below 2 x BB after posting his Big Blind.
Don't call a raise with other hands than AQ, AK and TT - AA if it's not from a shortstack.
If it's four players left, and there is a very small stack, don't take any big risks.
Heads-up: Raise to 3 x BB from SB with Ax, Kx, TT - QQ, any suited connector down to 54s and with two cards with a total value of 20 or more.
Heads-up: Call from SB with any hand you don't raise with. If your opponent re-raises a lot, you may fold your worst hands instead of calling.
Heads-up all-in hands (pre-flop): Go all-in with 22 - 99. Call an all-in with KT - KQ, A8 - AK and 22-AA.
Heads-up: Go all-in from SB or BB with any hand if you have less than 3 BB before posting your blind.
Bankroll Management
We recommend you to have at least 50 buyins before you move up to a higher level. If you loose, go down to the previous level when you have below 30 buyins.
Example: For playing the $22+2 SnG tournaments, we recommend a bankroll of 50 x $24 = $1200. Go down if You loose and have under 30 x $24 = $720.
Good luck!
