surroundings. Return back to the hotel on time for Dinner and overnight stay.

16 - Jan - Day 04 :- Manali - Kullu Nagar Castle - Kasol
Enjoy the morning Breakfast and later get ready for Check-out at the Hotel, then visit on the way
sightseeing of an excursion to visit paragliding point, rafting point, Kullu Vaishno Temple, Return
back to Kullu town en-route & famous Kullu Shawl Industry, Beas River. then after sightseeing
stay in kasol camp.

17 - Jan - Day 05 :- Kasol Manikaran - Chandigarh Departure

Enjoy the morning breakfast at the hotel and later get ready for an excursion to visit paragliding
point, Kullu Shawl Factory, rafting point,Beas River, Kullu Vaishno Temple ,Kasol Valley
Parvati River Manikaran has the World’s hottest Suplhur Spring Waters, Parvati River Drive
back to Manali. Stand evening proceed back to Chandigarh for departure.

● Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary You have to Pay Extra .
● Any Cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be
borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).
● Any increase in taxes or fuel price, if it will increase you have to pay directly whatever will be extra amount.
● If you Need Room Heater you have to pay to the hotel directly it's Not included in the package cost

CANCELLATION POLICY: -
● 20% Charge of the total Package booking on amendment/Plan Change.
● 30% cancellation Charge of the package cost after confirmation/issuing the hotel voucher.
● Cancellations made 45 days before departure Chargeable 30% of the Package Cost
● Cancellations made 35 to 44 days before departure 40% Chargeable of the Package Cost
● Cancellations made 22 to 34 days before departure 50% Chargeable of the Package Cost
● 100% Chargeable of the package cost 14 to 21 days before departure
● No. flexibility at the time of Travel in the plan.
● Any train and flight tickets cancellation will be applicable as per Indian railway / airline rules and refund/adjustment can
be given only after receiving the refund from train or airline company.
● No cancellation & any refund will be made at any cost in case of bad weather or landslide and natural digester, or
terrorism and which is beyond the control of the age. we will heartly help you in that situation which is possible from our
side .
● Cancellation & other policies as per the hotel/company rule.
● All cancellation are to be communicated in written by mail.
● Any amendment in the original booking u have to update in written by mail.
● There are no refund due to any pandemic or virous attack in that situation we can amend your travel date for the future
booking .
● Advance Given Amount For Booking Non Refundable.

INSURANCE
● Travel Insurance only Offered on your Request it's covered by third Party.
● Cancellation chargeable will be applicable as per the policy.

REFUND AFTER CANCELLATION

● The Refund after cancellation of the booking will be take 14 working days from the cancellation date. if you cancelling
any Railway/Airline/Volvo ticket's all refund will be procced after receiving by the respective Airline/service provider

WINTER NOTE FOR SOLANG VALLEY & KHIJJAR :-

● Due to Heavy snowfall if Given cab is unable to Reach Solang Valley in that situation we will go till that point which is

● In winters due to snowfall Khajjiar sightseeing will be subject to road conditions & as per govt rules if road is close given
cab unable to reach Khijjar and local union 4x4 Jeep is going for khijjar you will go your own risk and for 4x4 Jeep you
Have to pay directly we are not charging for Jeep , if possible to reach via Chamba it will be extra chargeable Pay on
the spot for extra running.
● Hotels are subject to availability at time of reservation.
● If the base category room will be not available then supplement cost will be Applicable for upper Category rooms.
● All State tax as per the current situation if any change in state tax you have to pay directly whatever will be additional
amount .
● We are not responsible if you lost any thing during your trip like - Bag , wallet , Jewellery’s or any other important things

shall provide equivalent/ alternative hotels.
● Minto Holidays does not have any hidden charges except your lunch, and personal expenses. During the Journey if
someone asks for extra money you may inform us and we will not be responsible if you pay the amount without our
concern.
● No refund will not be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation sightseeing tours or any other
service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike, Road blocks or any other factor beyond our Any Natural calamities Minto
Holidays will not be liable for the same.
● Before confirming your bookings kindly personally check all hotels Website, reviews & other services in internet. We
have already provided the hotels name destinations wise. If the given hotels are not suitable then please ask for the
upgraded hotel options.
● If during your travel you will face any kind of problem regarding your Hotels & transport, you all are highly requested to
contact to your tour executive same time so that he/she can resolve the problem. After
● reaching your home if you will complaint for anything we won't be unable to solve the issue No accommodation, meal or
cost of transport would be paid or reimbursed or compensated.
● All buffet meal/ Room Service will be provided as per hotel policy Control. Such unused items are neither refundable
nor exchangeable. No discount will be provided after confirmation of the package.
● Any dispute relating to or arising out of all or any one of the above stated terms and conditions shall be subject to the
exclusive Jurisdiction of Courts at New Delhi, India.
