No More Leads in the Hopper

The "No more leads in the hopper" message will appear whenever the lead list we are dialing is
being updated. If you run out of leads, you can notify the team in the #vici-dial channel. After a
few minutes, try again.

What’s the Number Where They Can Call Us?


Assistants or gatekeepers may ask for a callback number. In this case, it’s best to explain that
you don’t have a direct line, ask for a better time to call back, and save the lead as a callback. If
they insist, you can provide the company’s phone number: (855) 773-0774.

Do We Leave Voicemails (VMs)?


No, we do not leave voicemails. Leaving a voicemail typically doesn’t lead to meaningful results.
If you reach an answering machine and are prompted to leave a message, hang up and select
the "Answering Machine" disposition. However, there are exceptions:

If you’re prompted to select an extension for a specific department, use the dial pad on the
right-hand side to make your selection.

For Google Assistant voicemails, you’ll be prompted to say your name after the tone to be

No, this session is not hosted by Mindbody. I am reaching out with Referrizer Agency
Department. And by the way we are #1 texting and referring platform on Mindbody marketplace
for 11 years. Our agency department is providing agency services in the fitness industry and we
have full integration with Mindbody scheduling software, do you use it?
