RM Procedure

The document outlines a detailed procedure for disassembling and calibrating a device, including steps for removing screws, disconnecting power connections, and changing the drive unit. It also includes functional tests for temperature, gas flow, pressure, and calibration processes for CO2 and pressure sensors. Finally, it emphasizes the importance of re-enabling sensors and ensuring proper settings after maintenance is completed.

Take out 4 screws

1) 2 centre
2) 2 on the side, 2 on top
3) Take out the round cylindrical cone
4) Take out metal tray and hollow

5) Take out 4 screws from white cover

6) Disconnect 2 power connections (green and black)
7) Take out 4 screws on each side to remove the top inner silver top and change the drive
unit.
Functional test
- Temp
- Speed check is speed to rocker
- Gas flow
- Pressure

1) Temperature calibration
 Connect the decade box to temperature 1 on RM
 37 degrees – 114.38
Tech Level (decade box)
- Calibration
- Temperature 1
- Adjust +/-
Alicart Testing Gas flow
- Gas 1 to black tubing alicart
Option:
- Open pressure guage fully
Open Close

- Black tubing to LOW IN

- Connect 6 mm blue tubing from Gas 1 directly into Alicat
- Connect compressed air to air behind RM and filter heater to FH1
- Settings – technician level – next -pressure sensor disabled – calibrate CO2 this also
must be disable
- Power on alicart
- Gasflow 50ml/min 500ml/min and 1000 ml/.min
- Use process air/ not air pump
- Gas flow control in ON
- Enable back pressure sensor
Tech Level calibration – Gasflow 1
- Start Calibration
- 0 save calibration
- Choose Cal_level 0.. 50..100…200…300…
- Adjust +/-
- Save calibration hold 1s
CO2 calibration
- Decade box simulate 25 degrees
- Connect N2 gas cylinder for 0 percent test
- Connect gauge to N2 gas cylinder
- Connect to air behind rocker not Gas1
- Close air product valve
- Open main cylinder valve
- Adjust air product value around 1.5 bar
- Go to the menu “Gasflow1- menu” set setpoint to 1000ml/min check if supply process
air is active
- Start ‘Gasflow1’ ON set 1000(ml/min) on the HMI, use 15% CO2 and observe the HMI
measure [Link] (ml/min).

- Start ‘Gasflow1” ON and set 1000(ml/min) on HMI, use CO2 value (15%)
- Off the gas flow control when changing tank
- Check and read out on main-screen CO2 value data in calibration cert
- Repeat the same procedure with 5% CO2 gas connected to the “AIR” gas inlet

- If Value never meet go technician – calibration – CO2

- Can manually key the values etc 5%

5% and 15 % when connect to gas tank

Pressure
- Gas 1 to pressure calibrator
- Go to pressure sensor disabled
- Ensure air connection at back is on
- Pump to 35 mbar
- Compare with PV value
- Release the air from calibrator
- Enabled back the pressure sensor
Pressure Calibration
- Make sure the gasflow is off
- Connect fluke
- Calibrate to Gas 1
Angle Test
- Angle 0 point calibration – tech manual
- Start POSITION process front side and back side
- Position – set angle – use { level meter}
- 4,7,10
- Set it back to normal at end (no depressed buttons)

Rocker Speed
- Set angle at 10
- Set speed at 8, 25, 42
- Use tachometer
Load Cell
- Technician- calibration – zero the load cell (tare)
- Calibrate 10 kg but before calibrate
- The wires behind RM will interfere with the readings
- Test with 1 kg, 10 kg and 20 kg
Levelling
- Take out cover, heater and temperature connections to bag and tray
- Use small spanner, angle meter to level the tray
- +/- 0.2 – 0.3 is fine
- Nut below is to tighten

Make sure pressure sensor is enabled back

Filter heater and airflow tubing is connected back
Set back temp 35 degrees
Gasflow setpoint to 250ml/min
Angle setpoint to 8
Speed set to 27
Press service done
On back the air co2
Run with bag
