Preface
As it is clear that English is one of the Indo-European languages, which is spoken
in all around the world as an international and current technology language in the
21th century. English serves as a second language for the speakers of other
languages. In the other hand, English is a key to professional career, better job and
higher education so as an EFL instructor for the last three years, I felt the
responsibility to make this international language simple and easy for learners
through designing a comprehensive program known as ELIP (English Language
International Program).

This program consists twelve books which can fill the requirements of learners in
all four fundamental skills of English language: Reading, Writing, Speaking, and
Listening. Besides, many significant grammatical lessons that are necessary for
learning English have been placed in the books you will study under the ELIP for
Diploma of English Language (DEL).

We do not teach different English, we teach English differently.

In conclusion, I would like to thank and appreciate the efforts and endeavors of Mr.
Adill, who has been helpful in preparing this program.

Kindest regards
Sefatullah Qarar

School

School is the only place that can be called the common house for education.
Anciently the schools had ordinary shape as a few students gathered and studied
something in the use of that time. The students didn’t have any special curriculum,
they only wanted to know how to read and write simply. But gradually the schools
developed and the students showed more interest for learning. Step by step school
was enlarged. The subjects got various and the number of students increased.
Schools are classified into three parts. The primary, the secondary and the high
