This course is recommended for instrumentation and maintenance
technicians and their managers and for configuration engineers prior
to taking configuration classes. It provides an overview of the Delta V
Control Network, hardware and software applications. Upon completion,
you will be able to describe the hardware and perform troubleshooting
techniques for the Delta V Control Network, Controllers, I/O subsystem and
workstation.
OVERVIEW:
This 4-day course focuses on the hardware components that make up
the Delta V system. Using a combination of lectures and workshops, you
will assemble the system and power up the Controller, I/O subsystem
and workstation. You will learn how to use the diagnostic tools available
