b. Promoting Human Rights:- The UN adopted the Universal


Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) and works globally to protect
rights through agencies like the Human Rights Council and UNICEF.

c. Providing Humanitarian Aid and Development Assistance:-


Through organizations like the World Food Programme (WFP),
UNICEF, and WHO, the UN provides food, healthcare, disaster relief,
and supports development in poorer nations.
