What is VisionPLUS?
Vision PLUS is a financial software from First Data Corporation.

Originally developed by Paysys Research and Development


Group, this application is mainly used for processing
of credit card transactions by multinational banks and
transaction processing companies.
Several banks and financial institutions use this application of
software to store and process credit card, card
debit, prepaid, closed accounts, and loans, and for
process financial transactions (Visa, Mastercard, American)
Express, Europay, private label transactions) against these
bills.
The approximate estimate of the number of cards processed in
different versions of this application software around the world are
360 million.

MDL

The Credit Decision Management System (MDL) is the new


account module. This online system is designed to handle
with the credit approval process from the point of
request up to the point of approval or rejection. The applications
are carried out through processing stages that

FAS

VisonPLUS The Financial Authorization System (SAF) is the module of


authorization 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The FAS
processes retail authorizations, Visa, MasterCard and Europay
based on processing parameters defined by
user. Permissions can be approved, denied or
forwarded. The FAS also provides reversals of
authorization, listing and updates of card recovery
and recoveries of delayed events/notifications.
TRAMS

The Transaction Management System (TRAMS) is the processor


front-end VisionPLUS. The TRAMS accepts various types of
transaction and prepares them for any destination, consolidating
several application front-ends in a single system of
entry. The TRAMS also provides comprehensive resources for
work tracking, settlement, storage,

MBS

VisonPLUS The Merchant Bankcard System (MBS) is the acquiring system


of the merchant. The MBS provides support for processing of
bank cards and retail merchants, providing a
efficient way to liquidate funds and charge the fees of
trader for the services provided. The MBS offers
discount, participation, reserve financing and
volume bonus processing, along with

LTS

The Letter System (LTS) is the module that can be used to


create and issue letters for up to five different PaySys products.
The letter variables of these different modules can be
incorporated into generic letters to produce letters
personalized for individual clients. The letters can be
impressed in real time or in batch processing.

VisonPLUS The InterchangeTracking System (ITS) is the module of


monitoring and processing of disputes. The ITS was
designed to process incoming refund transactions

regional, such as Europay (only for Eurocard-MasterCard)
