STEP 1: Login into hiring manager’s id

STEP 2: Go to hiring under my client group from navigator and then add (as shown in picture below)
STEP 3: Create and fill all the details accordingly, then save and close the requisition.

further details will be filled by recruiter allotted (as shown in below picture)

STEP 4: Login from recruiter’s id check the notification and then access the requisition fill the further
details and then submit it and then it will go for approval (you can also access the requisition from
navigator → my client group → hiring)
STEP 5: Once the Requisition is submitted it goes for approval, after it is approved then the
requisition can be posted.
2. POSTING A REQUISITION

APPROVAL JOB FORMATTING INTERVIEW SCHEDULES

POST THE REQUISITION MOVE TO POSTING

STEP 1: Once the requisition is approved it enters Job formatting phase where interview schedules
are created. After that requisition is moved to posting stage and it can be posted then as shown in
below pictures.
STEP 2: After the requisition is move to posting then go to “POSTING” and then to edit (as shown in
below picture) and then post for both external and internal candidates accordingly.

Now the requisition is posted.


3. CREATING & SCHEDULING
INTERVIEW
Step 1: Go to Interviews then add(create) the interview schedules.

Interview schedules are created now. Scheduling of interview is done after the candidate applies for
the job with the same steps.
4. CREATING OFFER LETTER
STEP 1: Once the candidate is selected, then offer letter is created by going to ACTION→ CREATE JOB

STEP 2: Select whatever you want to do in offer letter the continue


STEP 3: Then fill the details accordingly and submit it. Then it will go for the approval; and once the
offer letter is approved it can be extended to candidate.
5. APPLYING FOR THE REQUISITION
A. EXTERNAL CANDIDATE

STEP 1: Go to the site, select the job requisition and then apply for the job.

STEP 2: Then enter the mail id and then candidate will receive an OTP after validating it
candidate can move forward.
STEP 3: Then fill the details and submit the application
Now, after submitting candidate(external) has applied for the job.
B. INTERNAL CANDIDATE
STEP 1: Login, then go to home button as shown in the below picture

STEP 2: Then select show more and then go to JOBS under CURRENT JOBS(shown in below picture)
STEP 3: Candidate select the job they want to apply for and then click apply

STEP 4: Complete the job application details and then submit it.
