Understanding: it is important for the managers to
understand the cultural forces cause people in the
organization to behave in different ways and that

managers to deal with more subtle problem because it
helps the manager to understand a diverse range of
employees point of view.

Communication: For communication to work it must


be two way. for ex:if a person wonders whether his/her
behavior is offensive to someone else, he/ she should
probably just ask. if such type of exchanges are
handled in a friendly way and non threatening way it
will generally have a positive outcome.

educate everyone about diversity and its issues, including
laws and regulations. Most workplaces are made up of
diverse cultures, so organizations need to learn how to
adapt to be successful practices.
