INTRODUCTION
Handloom is known as any of various looms or weaving devices operated
wholly or partly by hand or foot power.
Handloom refers to wooden frames of different types which are used by
skilled artisans to weave fabrics usually from natural fibers like Cotton, Silk,
Wool, Jute etc.
Handloom Technology was established at Varanasi in 1956, for research
promotion, improvisation of production technique and invention of new
designs, etc. 1957-58

STRATEGIES OF PUBLIC RELATION
We communicate with the outside public by providing them with proper
information about product.
We provide good quality material product to the customers so as to build a
good relation and customer loyalty.
We keep updating our products by getting changes in existing product or
creating new product pattern style or color according to the customers
preference.
We take feedback of the customers to know whether the product is doing
well or there need to be done any change in it.
CRISIS PUBLIC RELATION STRATEGY
Any business, at one point, will face some sort of a public relations
crisis and the way you respond can either give a much-needed
image boost or significantly damage brand, ultimately alienating customer
base and business partners.
TAKE RESPONSIBILITY
First off, we don’t try to cover up the crisis, it will only worsen the
damage. Instead, manage the situation by taking responsibility, reacting
immediately, and responding to feedback. Instead of arguing publicly,
acknowledge customers concerns and questions and respond to the right
conversations.

If we face crisis we cannot just avoid the customers or the market instead
we need to be proactive, accountable, and transparent.

By giving a heart felt apology we can make the customers understand that we
are truly guilty about it and can immediately take action
MONITOR, PLAN AND COMMUNICATE
During crisis phase, we need to immediately take action and monitor whether
everything is going well or no if it is not then we need to be ready with a backup
plan option as to get out of that phase.

of the problem and the extent to which they do something about the problem. This
theory explains when people communicate and when communications aimed at people
are most likely to be effective.
SOCIAL EXCHANGE THEORY
Social exchange theory is a sociological and psychological theory which help us in
observing or analyzing the social behavior in the interaction of two parties that
implement a cost-benefit analysis to determine risks and benefits.
