Today we are going to learn about


Growth Mindset, which is the attitude
we are going to have in school this year
that will help us learn and grow.
Day 2
Fixed Mindset
People with a fixed mindset think people are born
smart. They think some people are smart, some
people are not, and that it stays that way for life.

Growth Mindset
People with a growth mindset know that brains can
grow. They know that scientists have discovered
that the brain is like a muscle. It changes and gets
stronger when you use it. People who have a
growth mindset work out their brain and learn from
their mistakes.
Day 2
In this class we will have a Growth Mindset, because we are all going
to work hard and learn this year. If you change your words, you can
change your mindset!

Instead of thinking… Try thinking…
