in Malappuram district of Kerala.

• Three production units, one at Kottakkal,MalappuramDist.

SUGGESTIONS
To reduce price,cost of production should be minimized.
More delegation of authority may reduce delay in decision
making and might help the organization.
It will be better if the company can open up more direct
outlets such as hospitals, branches.
Creating awareness among the farmers to cultivate genuine
ayurvedic medicines.
To reduce the work load in the head office,the account
relating to branches, charitable hospital and Ayurvedic
hospital and research centre must be decentralised.
