Domino’s Action Plan

• Apologizing to the stakeholders:


• Press Conference: Domino’s would hold a press conference inviting all the media houses. The company would use this platform to
apologies to all the stakeholders. The company will reassure them that investigation is going on and will be followed by corrective
actions/measures
• Social Media: From Domino’s verified social media handles, the company will release a post stating how regretful the company is for all
what has happened. Therefore, company is apologetic for the same. The company to reassure the customers that Domino’s
management will make the company back to where it was (before incident) in terms of customer trust by taking corrective actions
• Setting up an Internal Investigation Committee:
• A committee comprising majorly with independent executives to look into the matter and understand the reason behind such
occurrence
• Corrective Actions:
• Domino’s Policy Update:
• Employees: Having a full background check before hiring any employee and at the same time to provide proper training to employee in order to
ensure the sense of Domino’s value within them
• Kitchen: The kitchen needs to be inspected on a periodic basis. Also, Domino’s will keep transparent doors for all kitchens so that the customers
can see through them. This will imbibe trust among the customers
• Packaging: The kitchen needs to be fully sanitized every day. The process of preparing the product should be verified in terms of hygiene, by
some external regulatory body. Domino’s will use the same verification to use a mark on the packaging stating all the products are verified

• Restoring Trust:
• Social Media
• Reaching out to celebrities to take a tour of Domino’s kitchen. The celebrity will release the post/video/experience in their social media handles.
