Heat Treatment service
Atmosphere Furnaces
We have provided the modern atmosphere controlled furnaces
from Germany for carburizing, carbonitriding, neutral hardening,
normalizing, annealing, and stress relieving. The parts come out very clean
and have a uniform hardness. Example of steel grades used in this process
are SS41, SS400, SCM-21, SCM-415, S45C, S50C, CM-50, SK5, EC80,
SPCC, 71311, 5920 7210
Vacuum Furnaces
Our vacuum furnaces are the latest model from ALD (Germany),
all computerized with marquencing. The following is an example of steel
grades, which can be used in this process: K110, SKD-11, M310, M300, RDC-
2V, W302, N695, SUS440C, SUS420, D2, H13, xw41, xw42
Induction Furnaces
Hard surface and tough core can be achieved by induction
hardening process. Induction hardening can be applied with various kind of
metal parts either simple or complex shapes, surface or through hardening.
Another unique feature of this process is that it is able to harden only wanted
part.

The heart of heat treatment service is to be able to get the actual result that our customer needs.
The lab for testing hardness such as Vickers,Rockwell, Superficial Rockwell, and Brinell is the
common process. For the completion of heat treatment specification.
We also need to have microscope instrument to see how the grain change before and after heat
treatment process.
