- these sports focus on speed, endurance, or both, where
participants race to finish a course or cover a distance faster
han others.

FOOTBAL ( SOCCER )
- played by two teams aiming to score goals by kicking a ball
into the opponent's net.
BASKETBALL
- players dribble and shoot a ball into a hoop to score points.
VOLLEYBALL
-teams hit a ball over a net, aiming to make it land in the
opponent's court.
WATER POLO
- played in a swimming pool, where players throw a ball into
the opponent's goal.

- these sports involve ball and a racquet.
TENNIS
- players hit a ball over net using a racquet.
BADMINTON
- similar to tennis, but played with a shuttlecock instead of a
ball.
SQUASH
a ball is hit against wall using racquets.
