Review the Ambassador Program Scope and Guidelines

Find the event and activity requirements here.

Submit your application and fill out the electronic license agreement

Complete the 2026 Ambassador Application with information about you and your planning team, and sign the WiDS License Agreement.

Wait for a response from our team.

A member of the WiDS team will get back to you for approval and next steps within 3-5 business days.
