  • What is an NACP Project?
The NACP includes diverse projects and activities, including research projects lead by Principal Investigators (PIs), research networks, and coordinated field campaigns. Projects include observational, experimental, and modeling efforts regarding terrestrial, oceanic, atmospheric, and human components of the carbon cycle in North America and in adjacent ocean regions. The NACP database allows for tracking participants, publications, data products, funding source and duration for projects.
  • How do I submit my project to NACP?
After creating an account in our member database, you can submit your project for inclusion:
    1. Once you have signed in to your NACP web site account, select "Submit Project to be included in the NACP Database" on your Welcome Menu page.
    2. You will be presented with a web form where you enter basic information about your NACP Project. This project information will be reviewed by NACP Management for inclusion in the NACP Project Database.
    3. Once approved, you will receive an email with instructions on how to access and complete your Project Profile.
You do not have to be directly funded by members of the US Carbon Cycle Science Program to be part of the NACP community!
  • How do I Update my NACP Project Profile?
Only project leads and designated profile editors can update project profiles.
A web-based "Project Profile Update Tool" is available after Sign In to your website account and then selecting "Update your Project Profile(s)".
