Messages not sending

Hi! I'd like to notify that my messages aren't being delivered. It doesn't state "Not delivered," and there isn't anything else. It can't be because my network is steady, and I also can't get messages from anyone. This has been bothering me for the past week. It advised to turn off my iPad, which I did, and it worked right away (aka the messages were sent) But then when I tried to message someone a day after, the messages stopped sending, so I rebooted my iPad, and the messages stopped sending again.

Hi! I'd like to notify that my messages aren't being delivered. It doesn't state "Not delivered," and there isn't anything else. It can't be because my network is steady, and I also can't get messages from anyone. This has been bothering me for the past week. It advised to turn off my iPad, which I did, and it worked right away (aka the messages were sent) But then when I tried to message someone a day after, the messages stopped sending, so I rebooted my iPad, and the messages stopped sending again.

I have been wondering why i am not receiving any text messages. it turned out, i have been receiving them but not being notified. I tried checking everything on the books, i am a bit tech savvy but couldnt find a solution. checked and tried for any related online article but no luck yet. can anyone help?

Missing Photos and Videos

There are some missing photos and videos in the gallery section even if i tap the see all button. But when i scroll up our conversation, i can see them but that would be a hassle if i want to see them every time. I hope they will appear now in the photos section.
