I am still excited about the new CareerReels product from TQ's sister company, The Career Conversation. They have been really astute with their development of highly engaging short form digital content that TA/HR teams can simply lift and drop into core existing TA/HR systems and technologies, as well as workflow tools like ServiceNow and MS Teams. Basically, you can drop the content anywhere you can paste a URL link! Whilst there is a full library of short form video content relating to 'Careers' the TCC team have also created some recommended 'playlists' that can be built out into a content sequence. The use cases suggested include: *Hiring Leader Development *Candidate Support *Onboarding *Early Careers Onboarding and Early Days *Early Careers Leaders *Early Careers Keep Warm *Healthy Minds *Leadership Development These are just some example use-cases, there are many more you can create. Interesting Stats for the recruitment Function... One in eight employees in Australia are resigning during probation period, according to a new report, which revealed the onboarding challenges for employers amid rising costs of hiring across the country.
