Tasking Hannes Grossman for drums is always a great decision, everything he gets involved with is stellar. Favorite octopus drummer that man.
Every aspect musically sees exponential growth on this album compared to previous releases. The guitars particularly are fantastic, & there isn't a dull second on the album. The 2 instrumental songs are great & it's hard to pick just 1 favorite. Maybe I will decide on one around the 3rd listen

This band is awesome. I was gonna wait till Bandcamp Friday in Feb but didn't want to wait so bought it release day & was 1st to on BC.

Strong intro, tracks 2 & 3 are fucking ragers, but Under The Moon surprised me because it's VERY mellow & introspective; it's clearly a tribute to someone who has died. Extending my condolences cause, I don't know why, but the song makes me think that this was a recent loss. The track which follows brings back the heavy. Good EP. DON'T shift to a softer sound!

Favorite track, you're kidding, right? I can't pick a fave when every goddamn tune is stronger in some way or another than the one before it. 1st lemme say I'm a fan of Liam's other bands & I LOVE Freedom Of Fear.
Now, about those vocals: God. DAMN! Mitch is sick! I texted my wife about this so she could listen on Spotify & she was impressed. Vocals are outstanding & never boring.
The only weak point is the final 3 1/4 mins of the last song. It just has an overall generic & derivative feel.
