€6 billion needed to fund more high-quality proposals received under the #MarieSkłodowskaCurieActions, study shows 📚 The European Commission has released a new study highlighting the contribution of the #MSCA to research and innovation. It shows that the opportunities provided under the MSCA remain unparalleled at national level, demonstrating undisputed European added value. The study is part of the mid-term evaluation of #HorizonEU and compares the MSCA to other parts of the Pillar 1 programme. Here are just a few takeaways: 🔵 The MSCA leads to tangible improvements in #research organisations, including better training, more inclusive environments, and high-quality supervision. 🔵 European research projects funded by the MSCA are often larger, more complex, and more diverse, leading to more research outputs and innovations. 🔵 The programme provides access to essential knowledge, expertise, and skills that might not be available otherwise, helping to drive #innovation and #competitiveness in European research. These are just a few reasons why the programme is such a crucial element of the European research ecosystem. Investing in the programme is crucial for fostering excellent science - let's push for a brighter future for the MSCA! Read more: europa.eu/!g7PTPy
