[#Deal] 🤝 Giving a new lease of life to the area of Milan historical hippodrome of Milan with the “Ex-Trotto Milano project”. We are excited to announce the closing of the financing in favour of AshITA Fund (“Affordable Senior Housing Fund”), co-invested by CDP through Fondo Nazionale dell’Abitare Sociale (FNAS), Banca Finint and Hines Italy, who is also acting as the development manager, to support the acquisition of an area to be developed into a social and senior housing residential scheme being part of one of the largest and most impactful regeneration projects in Milan, Ex-Trotto Milano. Ex-Trotto Milano is an urban regeneration and social project interesting ca. 130,000 sqm in the surroundings of the San Siro stadium, which will provide housing for more than 3,000 people and 12,000 sqm of amenities such as retail stores, schools and sport facilities. The project has the objective of promoting intergenerational sociality and #sustainability by having a strong component of green and public spaces while maintaining the perimeter of the historical hippodrome of Milan to preserve the identity of the neighborhood. The financed area of ca. 55,800 sqm is a portion of the Ex-Trotto and will contribute to deliver 360 senior housing units to promote inclusion and social activities and green spaces. [DEAL] We are proud to have played a key role in the successful closing of the Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) del Desierto project financing, a $219 million transaction supporting the construction of a 200 MW BESS in the Atacama Desert, Chile. This landmark project, sponsored by Atlas Renewable Energy, marks a significant step forward in the #renewableenergy sector. ♻ As Joint Bookrunner, Joint Lead Arranger, Joint Green Loan Coordinator, Administrative Agent, Joint DCH, and Hedge Provider, we have leveraged its expertise to deliver tailored financing solutions to meet the specific needs of this project. We have also co-led the execution of an equity bridge loan linked to the project. This project highlights our growing footprint in financing BESS projects, expanding from strong track record in the U.S to Latin America. The BESS del Desierto is one of the largest and most notable stand-alone project financing in this asset class in the region, backed by a 15-year tolling agreement ensuring stable and predictable revenues. [Deal] Contributing to the expansion of #renewableenergy infrastructure in India with the Gorbea 435 MW greenfield solar photovoltaic plant in Rajasthan. 🍃 Congratulations to Spanish renewable player Zelestra for closing the financing of its Gorbea power project, with Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited as the sole offtaker of the project. This marks a major milestone in the development of Zelestra’s ambitious #renewable power target in the country. This project will generate clean energy to power over 128,000 households in India annually, saving an estimated 13.3 million tonnes of carbon emissions over its lifetime. Together with Groupe Crédit Agricole International Desk, we are pleased to have supported Zelestra in securing an INR-denominated project financing of €132 million equivalent. The Republic of Indonesia (ROI) has successfully priced a multi-tranche SEC-registered bond offering, totaling approximately USD 2.6 billion. The offering comprised a USD 1.15 billion 10-year bond, a USD 650 million 30-year bond, and a EUR 750 million 8-year sustainable bond. The EUR 750 million tranche marks a significant milestone as the second-ever Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) bond issued by an Asian sovereign, following ROI’s last issuance in 2021 which was the very first. With 3.5 times oversubscription, the EUR tranche exceeded the Ministry of Finance's targets, setting a strong benchmark for other issuers in the region. This new milestone underscores investor confidence in Indonesia's robust economic growth, its commitment to advancing #SDG goals and its role as a frontrunner in #innovativefinancing. As a long-standing partner and having also been Joint SDG Structuring Advisor in 2021, we once again supported this transaction as Joint Lead Manager and Joint Bookrunner. Research, early detection are essential levers for reducing this risk. Together, we can make a real impact. 🌸   Our actions during Pink October: ✨ Raising awareness  and prevention: Throughout the month, we are setting up conference in France with the Fondation Cognacq-Jay and one in Hong Kong with the Hong Kong Breast Cancer Foundation on the theme of screening and our set-ups to support employees returning to work, and workshops and information campaigns to encourage early screening and talk openly about this disease. Every employee has a role to play in raising awareness among his relatives.   💌  Acting together: Thanks to the Payroll donation scheme, our employees in France can support medical research and the fight against breast cancer by making a monthly donation to the Institut Curie.
