Description of changes:
Changed AWS CDK code to build image from local pecos source. This also changed the CDK synth/deploy command directory from
aws_infra/multinode_batch_cdkto the root of PECOS git repository.This change makes testing local PECOS code change easier. Every time for local PECOS code change, user needs only to rerun deploy of all stacks, and a new image will be built and uploaded to reflect change.
Related README is also changed.
Tested following new README on eurlex data.
