This pr makes the library ready to be submitted to Packagist with its new name.

  • Changed package name in composer.json and its reference in README
  • Moved CI tests from Travis to Github actions
  • Dropped Scrutinizer integration (can still be added again later on a new account, if wanted)
  • Heads up! I already dropped support for PHP 5.6 here as the test matrix actually did not work with the older versions. I invested about 30 minutes into trying to fix it but failed. If anybody actually still uses PHP 5.6, they can still fetch the old library from z38 imo.
