Remove the monitoring configs deprecated in August.
Those that are still using the monitoring configs from this repo can pin the
GitRepositorytotag: v2.2.0:flux create source git flux-monitoring \ --interval=30m \ --url=https://github.com/fluxcd/flux2 \ --tag=v2.2.0
