Upgrades:

• cypress v9 -> v12
• graphql-ws v4 -> v4
• connect-pg-simple v6 -> v8
• connect-redis v6 -> v7
• chalk v4 -> v5 (removed from much of the code due to ESM)
• inquirer v8 -> v9 (imported async due to ESM)
• rimraf v3 -> v4 (imported async due to ESM, plus glob added due to native support being removed)
• node-fetch v2 -> v3 (imported async due to ESM)
