Allowed amount = 0 in case a subscription is initiated (see PaymentRequest.php and simpleForm.php)
Refactoring of existing classes to be able to use three kind of different requests: EcommercePaymentRequest, CreateAliasRequest and DirectlinkPaymentRequest. Added phpunit dependency for development. Edited / added unittests to use added classes.

Includes support for Ogone Alias Manager and Ogone DirectLink. Complete backward-compatibility break so this wil be the 2.0 version of the library.
Also includes new features requested through PR's and issue tracking.
