Contract Roles: If you crave flexibility, thrive on variety and are drawn to higher pay per project, contract roles may be your path. But, with that comes a trade-off: less stability. For good reasons: - 40-50% of tech professionals are making the switch to contract roles. - Contract workers can earn up to 30% more per project than their permanent counterparts. - The market for contract roles has surged with a 26% increase in just six months. In fact, from May to November, contract jobs grew by 36% Permanent Roles: If you look for reassurance of job security, steady income, and benefits? Permanent roles offer just that but often come with less variety in projects. Despite the appeal, the growth in permanent roles has been more modest: - By comparison, permanent roles only saw a 6% growth over the same period. - And from May to November, permanent positions grew by just 2% In the end, I believe the decision comes down to what matters most to you: is it flexibility and diversity of work, or is it the security and consistency that you prioritize?

We won big. A USA-based healthcare firm needed to hire 200+ engineers. Here's how we made it happen: They needed to hire over 200 engineers, a mix of enterprise tech like SAP and Salesforce, and cool technologies. They tried big players, spent 2-3 months in the process, came up with crazy prices, and still saw no big movement. They found people who were content but lacked hunger. They were searching for a reliable but mid-stage hiring company that could bring speed while still being trustworthy for speed and quality. They connected with us and gave us 2-3 niche roles. They asked us to submit profiles within a week. We did what was asked and also advised them on how to get this done. They were looking at India with a USA lens, which is not how it works in India.
