General Staffing Industry: The general staffing industry saw a significant growth of 16.2% in the past year. The budget's focus on infrastructure development and manufacturing is likely to further boost demand in this sector, as these industries are primary drivers of employment through staffing agencies. 3. Impact on IT Staffing: While IT staffing saw a contraction of 4.4%, the industry is slowly recovering as companies focus on enhancing productivity and adapting to global market pressures. The budget's emphasis on digital public infrastructure and technology could aid in this recovery by creating more opportunities for IT professionals. 4. Skill Development and Formal Employment: The staffing industry plays a crucial role in transitioning workers from informal to formal employment, offering social security and wage protection. The budget's provisions for skill development and employment generation are likely to support this transition, helping to address the talent shortage and improve workforce mobility
