The year is 2016. canteenkilla and Low Noon, two youths green to the ways of the city, emerge from the Holland Tunnel and are awakened by the chaos of Canal Street. Down the stairs of Good Records a Japanese pressed Herbie Hancock record illuminates and beckons to them. It's first side strikes at something within. Two solo piano pieces begging the question, "can a new album be made out of only this?"

This is a response to that question. An expression of two artist's voices through sampling to make something new.
