Black metal osat ovat teräviä ja voimakkaita ja klassiset osat ovat kauniita ja sopivat kuin nenä päähän. Hymni luonnolle ja sen kylmälle ja julmalle kauneudelle. Favorite track: Die Milch meiner Dichtung.

Nauthiz Notfeuer I'm simply blown away and right now I have a hard time to choose matching words for this masterpiece. I love autumn and winter but I am looking even more forward to it since this album will perform at best in these seasons for sure. Favorite track: Gestirn.

sashavonkarl74 Raw BM project from Austria, following a bit an idea/formula I have seen developed by Order of Nosferat, namely an alternating suite of one track with an instrumental piece. O.o.N. interludes are dungeon/synth, whereas here they are instrumental that integral pieces of the whole story, so to speak. Concept idea or true mystical experience? you decide, but I loved it. As Carlin used to say, listen to this and you are in a trance state: don't know if you're coming or going :) Favorite track: Gestirn.

Bleeding into the rivers of the twilight world, Hrima is rooted in spiritual existentialism and the poetic mysticism of nature. It explores the trial of man, the nameless longing for transcendence and his loss of words when he experiences the divine will. Musically, "Hrima" is Black Metal and arcane instrumental music, woven into a massive work spanning over 2 12"/CDs. The musical climaxes and atmospheric depths are inspired by the foreboding emotional stirrings when observing celestial phenomena, which in certain moments can almost indicate a sense of revelation.

Hrima is a concept album. All music on the album is a perspective onto that concept. Consider the first 9 tracks, culminating into Gestirn, as the first perspective and musically the main album. The tracks following Gestirn are neither an extended outro nor a seperate album. They are a different perspective unto the same idea. Nahtrunar is based on poetry and spirituality, explored via Black Metal and abstract music simultaneously during the compositional process, thus offering said two perspectives of equal relevance. And even though the perspectives are presented in this particular order, Gestirn is the heart and climax of Hrima (and Nahtrunar) as a whole. Imagine Gestirn as a last deep breath, followed by silence.
