App is amazing WHEN it works, but often doesn't. I love this app for my new Bose earbuds, but what is happening is that the app appears to "close" or "turn off" after a certain period of time and loses voice control. I get the message. Voice Control Off after something like 5 or 10 minutes. Then I have to open the app back up and connect again to the buds even though the buds ARE connected via bluetooth and otherwise working perfectly. Needs a fix Bose.

Won't save touch control settings in the app. I am so beyond annoyed!! You can't have the same setting for all functions! Sing, double, triple tap, or hold. The app resets what you choose every time you close it. Then it wants to set everything to double tap. Try and pause music..nope turns up volume...try and change setting. "There is no save button" the app won't save my choices. I should be able to use the earbuds without a freaking app, because the app sucks!

While the app has useful features the UI is a dashboard with IMO has too many options shown and is cluttered...many of the options are also available and shown when you click other options so it repeats information shown regardless the feature button chosen... Voice command does not work ...My biggest issue is connectivity and multipoint The app doesn't connect even if they're connected in my Bluetooth setting and I have to manually disconnect to add another device and enter pairing mode.
