Michaela Mora, the founder of Relevant Insights, is an insights professional with a diverse background and more than 20 years of experience working at the intersection of market research and UX research. She is also a founding member of the Multicultural Insights Collective, which conducts research about topics related to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Michaela holds an MS. in Marketing Research from The University of Texas at Arlington, an MS. in Marketing, Advertising & PR from Stockholm University, and a BS. and MS. in Psychology from Havana University. She also holds a UX Master Certification with a focus on User Research and Interaction Design from the Nielsen Norman Group.
