Ms. Chartoff is a graduate of Stanford Law School, where she participated in the Supreme Court Litigation Clinic, Community Law Clinic, and Social Security Disability Pro Bono Project. She also served as the Senior Notes Editor of the Stanford Law Review and received the Gerald Gunther Prize for Outstanding Performance in Constitutional Law and Immigration Law and Policy. Ms. Chartoff was a Fulbright Scholar in Cairo, Egypt, and holds a B.A. from Duke University.
