about

This is a live recording of the Reichenhall performance at the MaHalla in Berlin, on March 25, 2023.

MaHalla is a venue, located in a turbine hall built in 1895 at the Oberspree power plant in Berlin, destrict Schöneweide. It spans over 5,500 square meters and was once a venue for showcasing turbines that convinced people of the power of modern technology. This was the first three-phase power plant in Europe, marking the beginning of high-voltage power distribution and the electrification of cities. The unique acoustics of the catacombs created an experimental reverb and sound, enhancing the overall experience of the performance.

about

Reichenhall Berlin, Germany

Reichenhall is a combine for the recycling of electronic music, the core band consists of Bernhard Wöstheinrich, Lukas Radiomodul and Mathieu Sylvestre.
Like a junkyard for electronic music, everything they come across is taken apart and broken down into its component parts. From this they generate new audio tracks, which are then shot back into the audio cosmos.
