All three parameters are optional, and are not named.
- title
- an alternative title for the subject. If omitted, the page name will be used.
- additional comments
- further pertinent material, such as links to policy pages or more appropriate forums.
- topic to ask about at help desk
- what should be discussed at the help desk, if different from title (sometimes, using the title may be grammatically awkward).
- type
- optionally override automatically-determined
{{pagetype}}. Useful for using in e.g., editnotices, where type=article would yield the appropriate text ("article") instead of "template"
