Detta är en lista över bästsäljande PC-spel (på plattformarna Microsoft Windows, Mac OS och Linux) som sålts eller skeppat minst en miljon exemplar.
Abonnemangssiffror för MMORPG-spel som World of Warcraft eller Lineage och betaversioner såsom Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft är inte inräknade, eftersom de inte nödvändigtvis överensstämmer med försäljningssiffrorna.
