Stephen Curry and wife Ayesha Curry donate $700,000 to provide one million meals and groceries to families, continuing decade old "Christmas with the Currys" celebration

Golden State Warriors superstar Stephen Curry and his wife have recently participated in a very generous act of kindness. The Currys have an organization called “Eat.Learn.Play” and through this, Stephen and Ayesha have donated $500,000 to the Alameda County Community Food Bank. They are hoping to provide one million meals to the needy with this massive donation.
This is nothing new though. The Currys have been continuing their “Christmas with the Currys” tradition for 12 years in a row now where they make Christmas happy for those who need some loving.
You would be seriously mistaken to believe that the Currys' kindness would end at one million meals. Stephen and Ayesha have made the decision be go above and beyond to light up Christmas for the Oakland family. They are giving 1,000 families in Oakland $200,000 worth of supermarket gift cards. Additionally, the family wants to better the lives of 300 youngsters by supporting nearby primary schools.

From a pop-up book fair, games, and crafts to the unveiling of Madison Park's newly refreshed library, the day was nothing short of magical!" read a post from the Currys' foundation.
Families and children got to enjoy a variety of enjoyable activities at Madison Park Academy. Students enjoyed games, crafts, and a pop-up book fair. The school's refurbished library was also opened, which gave the children even more cause to smile.

Both Steph and Ayesha dressed according to the holiday vibe. Staying true to the festive spirit, Steph wore a red sweater and Ayesha a green jacket. The Currys are not new with their charitable involvement as they frequently show up at events to interact directly with kids and families.

In addition to their charity endeavors, the Currys remain one of the most respected power couples in the NBA. They have been together for more than 20 years, having first met at a religious event when Steph was 14 and Ayesha was 13. Their affection has only gotten stronger since then, and they were married in 2011 and there was no looking back after that. Together, they are currently parents to three children: Ryan Carson (born July 10, 2015), Riley Elizabeth (born July 19, 2012), and Canon W. Jack (born July 2, 2018).
Coming back to the annual “Christmas with the Currys” celebration, this has become a custom for the family and shows how big their hearts truly are. Thanks to Stephen Curry and Ayesha Curry, there are thousands of people who get a reason to be happy on Christmas every year.
