What a difference a year makes! Last week we hosted our fifth roundtable in New York. Rewind to just over a year ago and we were hosting our first. A lot has grown since then - our team, our office and the amount of incredible partnerships we have with our clients and candidates in New York. We were delighted to invite senior hiring managers from New York's top global private equity and alternative investment firms to join us for a morning of #thoughtleadership. The interactive and engaging session was tailored towards the current needs of senior hiring managers in these firms, to guide them on how to build a feedback culture amongst their business support teams which drives performance, builds confidence and accelerates employee growth. The aim of the session was for everyone to leave feeling inspired and equipped with the tools to deliver feedback that strengthens relationships and fuels employee engagement. According to the data we collected in our 2024 Salaries, Benefits and Trends survey - 𝟑𝟐% 𝐨𝐟 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐦𝐬 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫.
