According to the latest research from the #CloudIndustryForum (CIF), #cloudcomputing continues to be a beacon of innovation even in tough economic climates⚡️ The CIF's "𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲𝘀, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹" white paper reveals that 100% of organizations are now leveraging #cloud-based services, highlighting its critical role in IT flexibility and business agility. Key insights from the report: ✅️ 𝗖𝗹𝗼𝘂𝗱 𝗔𝗱𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 #AmazonWebServices (57%), #MicrosoftAzure (51%), and #IBM (51%) are the leading cloud services used. ✅️ 𝗔𝗜 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 96% of organizations see #AI as crucial for the next five years, up from 86% in 2023. AI is a top IT project for 42% of respondents. ✅️ 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗔𝗜 94% are planning to or already using #genAI, with 62% utilizing it in some capacity. ✅️ 𝗘𝗦𝗚 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 40% prioritize #IT sustainability, with 78% aiming for net zero by 2040, and 87% by 2050. Businesses are embracing AI-driven initiatives, increasingly migrating #workloads and #data to the cloud. The convergence of AI and cloud computing is transforming their approach to technology for #innovation and #growth 💪 Now is the time to create #value, #monetize, and #scale quickly. New on the blog: A wide-scale identity security incident has been unfolding that has already impacted at least 165 organizations, all of which are customers of the Snowflake cloud-based data warehouse platform. It does not appear that Snowflake has been breached. Rather, the threat actor is targeting Snowflake customers through the use of stolen credentials. Based on this particular threat actor’s track record, it’s highly likely that other SaaS providers and applications will be targeted with similar account takeover and credential misuse tactics in the near future.
