Travel Well
This hub explores how travel for wellbeing is evolving to become more holistic and inclusive, catering to people of all ages–including families–and throughout all life phases. It examines the therapies rooted in both science and technology and ancient cultural wisdom, and showcases destinations both close to home and in far-flung corners of the world. Most of all, it celebrates the ways in which wellness is highly personal. It might mean an Ayurvedic mega cleanse, a surfing safari in Bali, or just feeling physically or mentally ready to board a plane or travel solo for the first time. Perhaps these stories will inspire a trip that helps navigate a trauma or loss; maybe they’ll remind you to slow down and make time for self-care, or provide practical advice about traveling with a chronic health condition. But most importantly, we hope that they convey the healing power of travel.
