If you thought that going for a walk was a dog's favorite thing to do, think again.

One particular pooch was caught on camera enjoying himself as he jumped up and down on his owner's backyard trampoline.

The short seven-second video sees the border collie leaping for joy as he pounds from one side of the bouncy trampoline to the other.

The border collie appeared to have boundless enthusiasm

The dog manages to perform some impressive aerobatics as he jumps high into the the air. 

Unaware that he was being filmed the entire time, the happy dog stops for a moment before jumping up once again tubling across the rubbery surface.

His tail is seen to be wagging as he vaults back into the air like a playful child. 

At one stage, the dog appears to spring several feet above the surface of the trampoline - and he was just getting started.
