During the project Saksham, with one of my clients, we observed the Last Mile Execution was quite poor. To fill the gap we had a meeting with Top Brass (TB) & came to the idea of involving the entire Sales Hierarchy in the Learning & Action Process. The top management agreed to Train The Trainer for the entire system & full-day Training of Sales Reps - The Last Mile Executioners (LMEs). These LMEs are the vital link between the Organization & the Market. We lived this journey from Zero to the Horizon. The training was impactful. The special video-based learning became viral & impactful for LMEs. The character "RAJU" became the HERO of all. The defined KPIs started moving upward month on month. The meeting with TB created the TURNAROUND.

Disagreement can be sign of a healthy team with the breadth of perspective required to drive innovation and resilience. And interestingly, when this process is done skillfully and everyone is committed to a shared vision of success and has been honestly invited to contribute their insights and concerns, 100% consensus isn't even needed to move forward. Team members know that on complex projects, not every element can benefit from given equal weight, but there is a shared understanding of why the decision that was made makes sense for the success of the project.
