From the outset, there should be agreed upon kpi as well as clear expectations. If I sense we’re falling behind, get on a call (not a thread in some app) and express my concern, and why I feel that. Ask if anyone else feels what I’m feeling, if not, then help me to readjust my expectations. If others feel the same, try and identify where the stickiness is, and consider reframing our objectives and /or expectations
