Cada pessoa tem uma forma única de se comunicar, seja de maneira mais direta, mais reflexiva, mais visual, ou mais detalhada. É importante reconhecer e valorizar esses estilos, buscando uma abordagem equilibrada que atenda a todos. Por exemplo: Pessoas mais diretas podem ser mais assertivas e focadas no objetivo imediato. É essencial que elas tenham a chance de expressar suas ideias sem medo de parecerem rudes. As reflexivas ou introvertidas podem precisar de mais tempo para processar informações e expressar suas opiniões. Garantir que elas tenham espaço para se manifestar é importante. We need to bring everyone to common platform and collaborate. This will help in understanding the views of a team member as well as define clear RACI and help reduce any ambiguity. It will increase productivity as well as transparency which will inturn help in building trust. With trust we can achieve great heights.

I recommend to approach this matter in three steps. First, a workshop with the whole team in which everyone expresses their preferred way of communication. By this, the team and the manager become aware on the preferences of each team member. In this session, the team agrees in an overall communication approach. Second, three months after the new communication approach has been implemented. I would do a check up with the team to identify rooms of improvement. Which I would then apply in the next three months. Third, same as second. Ask the team members on how they feel about the communication and keep improving.

I am following these tips to embed inclusion in the DNA of teamwork: Perform small-scale meetings to listen to most of the key voices. Allow different channels for feedback, such as the WhatsApp group, project e-mail, or one-to-one meetings. Spreading awareness so that every team member is informed about the inclusion channels. Inviting ideas, feedback, and insights regularly, as silent members need motivation. Develop a framework that captures and disseminates ideas, and inputs throughout the decision-making process.
